Offering services in
occupational and physical therapy for the treatment of musculoskeletal
injuries. As a service to the patient and the physicians, we are
offering "walk-in" appointment times for new injuries so the patient
may be seen in rehab on the same day as their caregiver visit.
Patients may also be seen on a scheduled basis, as suggested by their
physician for evaluation and treatment of various problems such as arthritis,
tendonitis, muscle strain, disc involvement, post surgery, fractures,
and cast removal.

Our center is a comprehensive
primary eye care facility located within the Alexandria Clinic.
We offer a full range of services including comprehensive eye exams,
contact lens fitting, and follow-up. We also provide cataract
evaluations, glaucoma evaluations and treatment, foreign object removal,
treatment of eye injuries, along with a complete line of great looking

needs. Our friendly staff will fill your prescriptions while you

household products. We are open Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to
7:30p.m., Friday 8:00a.m. to 5:30p.m., and Saturday 9:00a.m. to 12:30p.m.
