Help Desk Technician
Two year combination of education and/or experience with: Windows
Server and desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, Cisco networking
equipment, digital phone systems. This position provides technical
support to end users on a variety of issues. It identifies, researches,
and resolves technical problems. It responds to requests for
technical support and projects on PC hardware, software, and
peripherals, health record software, business management software,
telephones and the phone system, Intranet and external website content.
It records, tracks, and completes problems to ensure a timely
resolution.
